Inspired by the programme "Fight for the Wild " on TV 1, we finished our NZ Birds today. The artworks illustrate what the children learned about New Zealand ecosystems so far. They were keen to discuss the habitat, appearance and diet of our native birds not only with each other but with many adults at school. I could hear: "I'm so proud of my work " throughout the day....
