Great effort from Room 3 today! All hard work paid off. We had a fantastic day. I was amazed by the team spirit. The children were selling, carrying advertising posters, packaging the goods, thanking the customers and singing our song. Parents helpers were amazing (Lexi's Mum, Keira's Mum and Ethan's Mum). Penny and John were fantastic, too. In fact Penny was traffic stopping, which is a very skillful selling technique. It was evident to see an instant impact the market had on the children. "We only have a few bags of playdough left!" exclaimed Will. After I started making more, he rushed to the stall to let everyone know more was coming and that's without any prompts from me. A great team spirit is contagious! We made the most money, a whooping $450 in one hour! Thank you for all your help, enthusiasm and donations of goods!
