Diwali: Learn, Create And Share

Here are a few examples of learn, create and share from Room 18 this week.
Learn: about the Diwali festival and why it is important for groups of people. We did this by sharing what we know, exploring Diwali videos, eBooks, science experiments, Diwali dance, word search, Kahoots and power points.
Create: design a rangoli pattern, create a Diwali poem, write all you know about the Diwali, ZOOM Diwali dress up, even a collaborative rangoli pattern on the interactive whiteboard, conduct light experiments plus a range of Diwali activities for disconnected Friday.
We loved sharing everything Diwali this week online and with our families.

Beautiful decorations. What is the name of the flower used for these garlands? Answer if you'd like a token.
